As of 1st of june 2013 each property put on the market in Spain (sale or rental), must have an “energy performance certificate”.
\nThis is a sort of grade assessing the efficiency in energy consumtion of a building. The absence of this certificate can result in a substantial monetary penalty.<\/p>\n
